3. How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 4–12 business days

  • Australia & Worldwide: 10–20 business days

(Delays may occur due to customs or postal traffic.)


4. Do I have to pay customs fees?

🇺🇸 For USA customers:
No. We cover all import duties from our side.

🌍 Other countries:
Most customers do not pay any import fees for herbal products.


5. My package is delayed — what should I do?

  • track your package

  • update you

  • replace or refund if needed

We never leave customers without a solution.


6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

💔 If your parcel is damaged in transit, simply send us a photo.
We will reship a new package or refund you, whichever you prefer.


7. Do you accept returns?

🔄 Unopened herbal products may be returned within 14 days, after approval.
Opened herbal products cannot be returned for safety reasons.


8. Are your herbs natural?

9. Are your herbs organic?

Some may be organically grown, depending on the supplier and season.
