During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may extend to 3 business days.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
🇺🇸 United States Customers
Due to the recently introduced duties on European goods entering the USA,
we cover all applicable import fees on our end.
Your package arrives with no additional charges for you.
🌍 Other Countries
Most international customers do not incur import fees for herbal products.
If duties ever apply, they are typically included automatically in carrier processing, and customers rarely need to take action.
If a package requires additional customs verification, processing time may extend slightly.
📭 Lost, Delayed & Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order is:
🔸 Delayed
We will track the shipment with the carrier and keep you informed until delivery.
🔸 Lost
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order for free or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
🔸 Damaged
If your order arrives damaged due to transit conditions, simply send us a photo.
We will immediately:
✔ reship a new package, or
✔ provide a full refund
— depending on your preference.

All herbs are packed in sealed, airtight kraft pouches, clearly labeled with product name and batch information.
We use protective eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness and prevent damage during shipping.

Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
If you notify us quickly, we will do our best to correct the address before shipment.
