At The Old Herbalist, we want every customer to feel confident, supported, and respected. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
🔄 Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened herbal products, including:

Herbs
-
Roots & barks
-
Seeds & berries
-
Powders
-
Tea blends
-
Resins & incense
-
Honey & bee products
If the product is unopened and still sealed, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us first so we can review the case and guide you through the process.
💰 Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
✔ Lost Package
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, you can choose between:

A free replacement shipment, or
-
A full refund
✔ Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, simply send us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery.
We will immediately:

Reship a new package, or
-
Issue a full refund
Depending on your preference.
✔ Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, we will reship the correct one at no cost to you.
✔ Unopened Item Returned (Approved Cases Only)
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be issued for:

Opened or used herbal products

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Items purchased with an incorrect address provided by the customer

Packages delayed due to customs inspections (unless declared lost)
- Products purchased with the expectation of medical or therapeutic results.
We always do our best to assist, but certain situations are outside our control.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
